Catherine's Strength
Watching Catherine in that wheelchair confront Whitman was intense. She looked frail but her spirit was unbroken. When her daughter holds her hand and says he can't hurt them anymore, I actually teared up. The generational trauma ending right here in this dark room is powerful storytelling.
Roo's Breakthrough
The rooftop scene where Roo finally speaks after years of silence hit hard. He was crying about his father choosing silence to protect them. Tara comforting him and saying it wasn't his fault was beautiful. Their kiss under the moonlight felt like a reward for all the pain they endured in SEVEN DAYS.
Writing The Ending

The Proposal Twist
I did not expect a proposal in the middle of all this drama! Tara saying she is informing him about their wedding at the finale had me screaming. Roo typing Are you perposing? and her saying no I am informing you was so playful. They really found joy amidst the chaos.
Whitman's Downfall
Whitman thinking he could just walk away after admitting to bleeding a company dry and locking up a daughter was delusional. Tara standing up and telling him the story wasn't his to write was the ultimate shutdown. Justice is coming for him in the final episode.
