It is interesting to see Bragi stop his harp performance the second the news arrives. Music and art pausing for family crisis is a nice touch. The Gods Next Door uses these small details to show how interconnected the divine realm is. Everyone stops when the princess is involved.

The visual of three colored beams shooting down from the sky to earth is spectacular. It signifies the brothers coming to get her. The scale of The Gods Next Door feels huge with these cosmic effects. I am so ready to see what happens when they actually land in the mortal realm.
Hidden for Three Years
The backstory that Aurora hid her identity for three years just to date Eric is wild. Working as a griffin keeper is such a humble job for a princess. The Gods Next Door sets up a great conflict between duty and love right from the start. I wonder how Eric will react to knowing who she really is now.
