Watching the heavy steel gate slam shut on Thomas, Mary, and Lily was absolutely gut-wrenching. The visual of them clawing at the metal while minus 50 degree winds howled outside perfectly captures the cruelty of exile in PoisonedKin. That moment when Mary screamed at the tower really showed how desperation turns into pure rage.

Cold Justice or Pure Evil?

The scene where the narrator watches from the command room gives me chills. Seeing the family driven out by rifle butts while residents just stare with hatred creates such a complex moral atmosphere. Apocalyptic Vengeanc really knows how to make you question who the real monsters are in this frozen hell.

Mary's Final Curse
