There is something oddly satisfying about the characters stocking shelves while the world ends outside. The contrast between the mundane task of organizing bottles and the looming threat of monsters creates a weirdly cozy vibe. It feels like a survival sim game come to life.
Neon Sign Vibes
The shot of the hotel with the glowing green neon sign at night was stunning. It stands out so brightly against the dark, ruined city streets. It gives off major cyberpunk meets post-apocalypse energy. The lighting details in this sequence were absolutely top tier.
Giant Bug Nightmare
Just when things felt safe, that giant skeletal centipede bursts out of the ground! The purple electricity and the sheer size of the monster compared to the heroes was terrifying. The sound design must be incredible to match that visual impact. My heart rate actually spiked.
