The opening fight scene is absolutely insane! Seeing a character who looks like Kratos battling a warrior with the Golden Cudgel is a crossover I never knew I needed. The CGI on the staff glowing with fire is top tier. It sets such a high bar for the rest of the episode. If you love epic battles, Weak? But He Slays Gods! delivers right from the start.
That Plot Twist Though
I was so focused on the fighting that I didn't expect the villain to just summon a demon lord like it was nothing. The way he laughed while the heroine was chained up gave me actual chills.
