The Villain's Smile is Terrifying

The way the protagonist in black robes smiles while crushing his opponents is pure villain energy. In Weak? But He Slays Gods!, the power dynamics shift so fast it's hard to keep up. The scene where he effortlessly blocks the sword with purple magic gave me chills. You can tell he's been holding back this whole time just to watch them suffer.

That Girl Did Not Deserve That

I am still shaking from the scene where the girl in green gets thrown around like a ragdoll. She tried so hard to protect her sect, only to be humiliated by the main antagonist. The blood on her face looked so real it made me wince. Weak? But He Slays Gods! really does not hold back on the brutality. My heart hurts for her character arc.

Elder Wang Needs to Step Up

Watching the elder in green robes get defeated was a shock. He looked so powerful summoning those blue energy blades, but the guy in black just swatted them away. The facial expressions of the elder when he realized he lost were priceless. Weak? But He Slays Gods! sets a high bar for cultivation battles. I need him to recover soon!

Visual Effects Are Insane

The CGI in this short drama is better than some full-length movies. The blue energy avatars and the black smoke effects during the fight scenes are top tier. Especially when the protagonist summons that dark hand to crush the attack. Weak? But He Slays Gods! proves you do not need a huge budget to make magic look real. The lighting during sunset was perfect too.

Why Is He So Cold?

The protagonist shows zero mercy to anyone who stands in his way. Even when the girl begged, he just stepped on her hand. It is disturbing but also fascinating to watch a lead character be this ruthless. Weak? But He Slays Gods! challenges the typical hero trope. I wonder what trauma made him this way. His eyes change color when he gets angry!

The Sect Disciples Are Useless

All those disciples in green robes running around screaming added to the chaos but showed how weak they really are. They tried to gang up on the main guy and got knocked out instantly. It highlights the power gap perfectly. Weak? But He Slays Gods! makes the protagonist look like a god among ants. Their fear reactions were very convincing though.

Mother Figure Reaction Shot

The older woman with the elaborate hairpiece screaming at the end broke me. You can see the desperation in her eyes as she watches her family get destroyed. She tried to use some golden magic but it seemed too late. Weak? But He Slays Gods! knows how to end a episode on a cliffhanger. I need to know if she survives the next battle.

Sword Fighting Choreography

The way the elder wielded his glowing sword was beautiful before he got countered. The clash between the blue sword energy and the purple hand barrier was the highlight of the episode. Weak? But He Slays Gods! has some of the best martial arts choreography I have seen recently. The camera angles during the spin attacks were dynamic and fun.

Wait, Is He Possessed?

Did anyone else notice the protagonist's eyes glowing red briefly? Or was that just the lighting? There is definitely something supernatural about his power source. The black smoke around him suggests dark arts. Weak? But He Slays Gods! is planting seeds for a major plot twist. I suspect he is not fully human or is under a curse.

Emotional Damage Is Real

Beyond the physical fights, the emotional toll on the defenders is heavy. Seeing the girl crawl on the ground trying to reach her sword was heartbreaking. The protagonist does not even look tired while everyone else is bleeding. Weak? But He Slays Gods! balances action with heavy emotional stakes. I am invested in seeing her get revenge later.
