Dmitri is Pure Evil

Dmitri really stabbed the king right in the main hall without any shame! The blood on his sword was so vivid it made me flinch. I was watching The Dragon's Contract Bride on my phone and nearly dropped it. The way he smiled while ordering the doors sealed shows pure evil. Can't wait to see him fall.

Undead Army VFX

The special effects when the skeleton knights rose from the library floor were insane. Green glowing eyes and metal armor clanking gave me chills. It feels like a high budget movie but it's a short drama. The magic circle glowing beneath the mage was a nice touch too. Definitely binge-worthy stuff here.

Princess Reaction

That princess looked so heartbroken when Dmitri started the massacre. She wiped her mouth with a cloth but her eyes told the real story of fear. I hope she gets her revenge soon because watching nobles run around screaming was intense. The Dragon's Contract Bride knows how to create tension in every single episode without fail.

Dragon Flight Scene

Riding a dragon under the full moon is such a iconic scene. The rider holding onto the scales looked determined to fight back. Seeing the undead army marching below them set up a huge battle perfectly. I love how the show balances magic and physical combat. The cinematography is surprisingly dark and moody for this genre.

Villain Monologue

Dmitri claiming he is doing the greatest thing by uniting humanity and Dragonkind was such a villain monologue. He wiped out everyone in the hall like they were nothing. The sound design when the doors closed added so much claustrophobia. I am fully invested in seeing him get defeated by the dragon riders soon.

Library Magic

The transition from the bloody palace to the ancient library was smooth. Watching green smoke turn into armored soldiers was mesmerizing. It reminds me of epic fantasy novels but faster paced. The Dragon's Contract Bride keeps surprising me with new magical elements every few minutes. Need more episodes now.

King's Betrayal

Poor older king did not see the betrayal coming at all. Dmitri stood over his body like a true tyrant. The red carpet of blood contrasted well with the gold decorations in the palace. It is brutal but keeps you hooked. I was screaming at the screen when the knights started attacking the guests.

Revenge Promise

The rider on the dragon said just you wait to Dmitri and I believed her. Her eyes were full of fire and vengeance. The shot of the army glowing green in the dark was visually stunning. I love that the protagonists have dragons on their side. It makes the odds feel a bit more balanced against the undead.

App Experience

Watching this on netshort app was a great experience because the vertical format fits the close-ups well. You can see every expression on Dmitri's face when he lies. The costume design for the princess with that huge crown was elaborate. The Dragon's Contract Bride has production value that exceeds expectations.

Floor Hand Scene

That moment when the hand reached out from the cracked floor gave me goosebumps. The undead knights marching in unison looked terrifying. I hope the dragon riders arrive before they destroy everything. The pacing is fast but never confusing. Truly a fantasy epic compressed into short episodes for maximum impact.
