I did not expect the cute little goat to turn into a city-destroying kaiju! The scene where it bites the power line and grows massive was insane. The ending with the glowing rabbit watching the trapped goat makes me think this whole battle was some kind of trial. The protagonist seemed to know exactly what to do with the rope and the gate. It feels like there is a deeper lore about these spirit animals that we have yet to uncover fully.

No boring moments here. One minute he is running from wolves, the next he is facing a demon goat in a metropolis. The pacing of My First Job: Walking Cthulhu is relentless. The military squad getting wiped out by the beast added real stakes to the fight. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.
The Contrast of Settings
I love how the story jumps from ancient-looking forests to a futuristic cyberpunk city. It creates a unique atmosphere where magic and technology collide. Seeing the monster smash through digital billboards while glowing with ancient runes was a brilliant mix of old and new aesthetics.
Protagonist Growth Arc
He started off scared and confused in the field, but by the end, he was confidently trapping a demon beast. The character development in just one episode is impressive. Watching him realize his own strength and take control of the situation was very satisfying to witness.
Sound Design Must Be Amazing
Even without hearing the audio, you can feel the roar of the beast and the crackle of the electric chains. The visual storytelling conveys so much noise and chaos. The silence of the rabbit at the end compared to the destruction earlier creates a perfect emotional cooldown.
Mysterious Rabbit Ending
That white rabbit with the golden markings appearing at the end was so cute yet eerie. It felt like a guardian spirit or a judge of the trial. The way it smiled at the defeated goat suggested a cycle of events. I need to know what happens next in My First Job: Walking Cthulhu immediately.
