The Emperor's New Groove

This short drama is a wild ride! The opening ceremony feels so authentic with the traditional costumes and rituals, but then it takes a hilarious turn. The emperor's reaction to the 'tributes' is priceless. Watching Crown Me? Get Cuffed! on netshort app was such a fun experience, the comedic timing is spot on!

From Solemn to Silly

I was totally immersed in the serious atmosphere of the court ceremony at first. The shaman's chant and the incense offering were very atmospheric. But the mood shift when the women were brought out had me laughing out loud. The contrast between the emperor's dignity and the absurdity of the situation in Crown Me? Get Cuffed! is brilliant.

That Official Though

Can we talk about the official in the beige robe? His expressions are everything! He goes from serious to gleeful so quickly. The way he inspects the 'goods' is pure comedy gold. This show knows how to balance drama and humor perfectly. Definitely recommend catching Crown Me? Get Cuffed! if you need a good laugh.

Costume Design is Top Tier

The attention to detail in the costumes is amazing. The emperor's yellow robe with the dragon embroidery looks majestic, and the red robe of the other official is equally stunning. Even the shaman's outfit with all the feathers and beads is so cool. It adds so much to the viewing experience of Crown Me? Get Cuffed!.

Plot Twist Alert

Just when you think it's a standard historical drama, bam! They bring out the women with signs around their necks like they're being auctioned off. The emperor's face when he sees them is hilarious. It's unexpected and funny. Crown Me? Get Cuffed! really keeps you on your toes with its plot twists.
