The opening scene in 1980 is pure heartbreak. Watching Grace Miller fight for her daughter Annie against those kidnappers had me screaming at my screen. The way she crawls through the snow, bleeding and broken, is unforgettable. Fast forward twenty years, and seeing her as the 'crazy woman' cleaning floors while her daughter gives a TV interview? That twist in That Crazy Woman? She's My Mom destroyed me. The contrast between the loving mother then and the broken woman now is masterfully done.
