Who is Elsa really? Josiah mentions her like a ghost haunting him. Using the blonde girl as a substitute is toxic. The Mafia's Caged Swan explores trauma. But it makes for good drama. I hope the blonde girl finds her own identity soon. Stop living in someone else's shadow.

The maid getting thrown into the water was shocking. One second she is lighting a cigarette, next she is food. The Mafia's Caged Swan shows no mercy to servants. It raises the stakes. If they kill servants easily, the leads are not safe. Very tense viewing experience.
Unique Style
This show is darker than I expected. The mix of romance and horror is strange. Josiah holding the shoes while she cries is iconic imagery. The Mafia's Caged Swan has a unique style. It is not your usual love story. It is about obsession and power. I am binge-watching it now.
