Horace Vance, the feared Quartermaster, hides as a BBQ vendor in the ghetto. When thugs demand tax, his enforcers rally, but he stays quiet for his son Beau. Spoiled Tony Crowe steals Beau's project, betrays his lover, abducts Beau and Nora, tortures them, and extorts Horace. Enraged, Horace races to rescue his son, and his deadly identity is exposed.
