I am trying to figure out if the people in the mansion are the same ones from the snow. The woman looks similar but cleaner and has blue eyes now. The Cold Is A Character

It suggests that whatever they are going through, this machine is the only thing that can save them. I love how the genre shifts from historical to sci-fi seamlessly.
Emotional Rollercoaster
This video takes you from feeling hopeless to feeling hopeful so fast. Seeing them thrown out of the truck was shocking. Then seeing them fight for food was sad. But seeing them safe and eating well at the end brings such relief. The emotional journey is wild. Swapped In The Apocalypse manages to tell a complete story of suffering and redemption in just a few minutes which is impressive.
