I have never hated a character this much before. Mason standing there smirking while Shirley was on her knees begging for help is peak villain behavior. That Eye Glow Though
The moment Mason's eyes started glowing yellow and cracking at the end gave me chills. You could feel the rage building up after being humiliated. He promised to pay them back, and with that look, I believe he will destroy them all. The animation quality during that close-up in (Dubbed)Beast Tamer: Back to the Origin was absolutely stunning.
Toxic Team Dynamics
The power dynamic between these characters is so intense. Mason walking away with his group while leaving Shirley behind in the wasteland shows just how ruthless he is. Shirley Deserves Better
