Watching the protagonist run for his life while holding that talisman had me on the edge of my seat. The visual storytelling here is top tier, making you feel the desperation without needing a single word of dialogue.
The Betrayal Hit Harder Than Expected
I did not see that twist coming in Betrayed? Reborn & Revenge!. Just when you think the guy in the green jacket found safety, the couple turns on him. The way the woman laughed while her partner crushed the talisman was chilling. It is a brutal reminder that in this world, trust is the most dangerous weapon of all. My heart actually dropped watching that scene.

The way he casually steps on the protagonist after beating him down shows zero mercy. It is rare to see a villain who is both terrifying and undeniably cool. I am scared but also kind of obsessed with his character design.

The ending sequence where the calendar flips rapidly to 2026 gave me goosebumps. In Betrayed? Reborn & Revenge!, it implies the protagonist is stuck in a time loop or facing a long wait for revenge. Waking up in bed with that shocked expression suggests the nightmare is far from over. The concept of being reborn only to face the same horror is a fascinating hook for the next season.

The lighting effects in Betrayed? Reborn & Revenge! are absolutely stunning. From the neon purple magic of the girl in the street to the harsh fluorescent lights in the apartment, every scene pops. The contrast between the dark alleys and the bright explosions creates a cyberpunk vibe that I love. It feels like watching a high budget movie on my phone, which is amazing.
