(Dubbed) Beast Tamer: Back to the Origin

Cast out as an illegitimate son, Lin Mo awakens a rare all-attribute beast taming gift but is too poor to bond with even the weakest spirit beast. Laughed at by his school and betrayed by his half brother and girlfriend, he unlocks a powerful system and turns a lowly caterpillar into the mighty Void Azure Dragon.

Shirley's Cold Heart

I cannot believe how cold Shirley was to Mason in this scene. He was literally on the ground injured, and she just walked away with that arrogant guy. The dialogue about not taking trash on the team was brutal. This betrayal feels like the turning point for the whole story in (Dubbed) Beast Tamer: Back to the Origin.

That Eye Detail Though

The animation quality when Mason's eye starts cracking at the end is insane. It perfectly visualizes his internal breaking point. You can feel the hatred radiating from him as he watches them leave. Definitely one of the most intense moments I have seen in (Dubbed) Beast Tamer: Back to the Origin so far.

Arrogant Leader Vibes

The guy in the white uniform has such a toxic leader vibe. Rejecting Mason so casually while flexing about points shows he only cares about power. The dynamic between him and Shirley suggests she is just following strength, which makes her betrayal even more stinging for Mason.

From Begging to Vowing

Mason went from begging to join their team to swearing revenge in seconds. That emotional whiplash is crazy. Seeing him collapse and then get rejected really sets up his character arc. I bet he gets a massive power up soon to prove them all wrong in (Dubbed) Beast Tamer: Back to the Origin.

Atmosphere is On Point

The dark, desolate landscape with the dead trees really matches the mood of this scene. It feels like a wasteland where only the strong survive. The lighting on the characters' faces during the confrontation adds so much drama. Great environmental storytelling in (Dubbed) Beast Tamer: Back to the Origin.
