It feels like the old master in Born Again at a Hundred left a final trump card. The way the spirit exploded out of the body gave me chills. Definitely did not expect a possession twist this late in the episode!
He Finally Snapped
The look on the hero's face when the old man started laughing maniacally inside the bubble was priceless. You can tell he realizes this fight just got way harder. The animation of the green aura consuming the scene was top tier. Born Again at a Hundred really knows how to raise the stakes right when you think it is over.
Pink Hair Girl is Worried
I love how the pink haired girl immediately went to comfort him after the explosion. The tension between them is so palpable. She looks so scared but stays by his side. It adds such a nice emotional layer to all the fighting. Born Again at a Hundred balances the action with these quiet character moments perfectly.
That Laugh Was Creepy
The old master's laugh while floating in that green sphere was genuinely terrifying. It was not just a normal villain laugh, it sounded like pure madness. The visual effects of the energy swirling around him were stunning. I am so curious to see what powers he has now. Born Again at a Hundred never disappoints with its villains.
Hero Needs a Break
Poor hero, he just defeated one guy and now an ancient spirit shows up? The exhaustion on his face is so real. I appreciate that the show does not make him invincible. He looks genuinely concerned about this new threat. Watching him prepare for round two in Born Again at a Hundred is going to be intense.
